Turnaround & Shipping Time
Standard Turnaround: 24–48 hours after full payment and receipt of print-ready files.

Carrier Transit: Shipping transit time is additional (USPS / UPS).

Rush Processing: $20 per order (Requires prior approval from Brick City DTF).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All Sales Final: As a custom-made transfer product, orders cannot be canceled or modified once RIP preparation or printing begins.

Defect Claims: Report missing, wrong, or defective prints within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos of the affected transfers and packaging.

Non-Refundable Issues: Blurry/pixelated customer files, heat-press application errors, garment damage, color variations between screens and prints, or incorrect shipping addresses.
