All orders must be placed through our website with accurate customer and payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, payment issues, or unavailable products.

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

3. Custom Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork is:

• Owned by them or properly licensed.

• Free from copyright or trademark violations.

• Suitable for printing.

By uploading artwork, you authorize Brick City DTF to use it only as necessary to produce and fulfill your order.

Brick City DTF may refuse artwork that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because custom products may enter production quickly, cancellation or changes may not be possible once production has started.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

5. Production & Shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product type, artwork, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Brick City DTF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made products may not be eligible for returns due to customer preference or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs.

Refunds and replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Product Application

Customers are responsible for following the recommended DTF application instructions.

Results can vary depending on the heat press, temperature, pressure, pressing time, garment material, and application technique.

Brick City DTF is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect application or failure to follow instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All Brick City DTF logos, website content, images, graphics, and branding belong to Brick City DTF or their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

Customers remain responsible for the rights to artwork they submit.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent orders, unauthorized access, or activities that may damage or interfere with our website or services.
