Refund policy

At Brick City DTF, all custom DTF transfers and gang sheet orders are made to your specifications, so all custom product sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for customer-submitted artwork, sizing, spelling, color, layout, or other design-related errors.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested only before production or processing begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a verified printing or production error, or was produced with incorrect dimensions due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a reprint or replacement. Please contact Brick City DTF within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Non-Eligible Returns or Reprints

We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution or blurry artwork, incorrect measurements, customer spelling or design errors, unwanted backgrounds, improper heat-press application, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, dimensions, layout, spacing, colors, and other design details before placing an order. Brick City DTF prints submitted artwork as provided unless an artwork editing service has been purchased.
